Three Tiers. Real Upside.

As you grow your P&C premium base, you move through three compensation tiers — with rates that can reach 5.0% on Auto and Fire and 15–18% on Life. Every policy you write as the original Agent of Record earns you a bonus, paid semi-monthly.

Annual Base Increase

Your Base Grows With You.

Unlike most producer roles, your base salary at Jeff Zachary Insurance Agency isn't fixed. Every year, your base increases by the average count growth of your Auto, Fire, and Life production. No cap. No discretion. Pure math tied to your results.

The Formula
Applied annually at your 12-month and 24-month reviews.
(Auto Policy Count Growth % + Fire Policy Count Growth % + Life Policy Count Growth %) ÷ 3
= Average Growth % → Applied to Prior Base Salary
Example: You write 10% more Auto policies, 8% more Fire, and 12% more Life this year.
Average growth = (10 + 8 + 12) ÷ 3 = 10%.
Your $38,000 base increases by $3,800 to $41,800 — automatically, at your annual review.
Your Development Path

24 Months to Agency Ready.

The AA program is structured to build real skills, real production, and a real shot at agency ownership — in 24 months.

Onboard & License
Complete required training, begin writing policies, and establish your production foundation under the State Farm® brand.

Months 4–11
Build Production Habits
Hit monthly minimums, advance through compensation tiers, and qualify for agency-paid securities training at month 5.

Month 12
Annual Review & Raise
Receive your formula-driven base salary increase based on production growth. Continue building toward target production.
